TagEm Dance Competition Terms & Conditions

Please note that by entering the TagEm dance competition you agree to the following terms and conditions, which will take effect immediately on entry.

Make sure you have read them before you enter. If you do not agree to these terms please do not access or use this facility.

If you are under 16: 
Please get a parent's or guardian's permission before entering the dance competition.

By entering the TagEm UK dance competition You agree to:

Competition Rules

1. Provide music in a CD or USB/ MP3 format and bring with you at least 1 back up copy in case of accidental loss or damage to your music.
2. Any music you have prepared as part of a competing performance must be given to the organisers on the day.
3. Music must not contain swearing or be of an overtly sexual or offensive nature.
4. It is the competitor's responsibility to be ready to perform when called.
5. All competitors must comply with instructions from the event organisers.
6. Troupes and Crews must not exceed the maximum limit of 8 dancers.
7. Entrants must be aged 18 years and under.
8. Dancers should not perform any routine or specific moves which could compromise the safety of themselves or other competitors.
9. Knee pads, helmets and any other attire to aid safety during the performance are allowed.
10. All competitors must wear appropriate footwear competitors with bare feet will not be permitted to compete.
11. Rude or vulgar movements/ gestures or anything else that would cause offence to any person are not allowed.
12. Vocal obscenities are not allowed as part of the routine or against your fellow competitors.
13. Appropriate clothing must be worn to perform in.
14. The judges’ decision is final!

USE OF DATA

Personal data which you provide when you enter this competition may be used for future TagEm marketing activities but will never be used by a 3rd party. If you do not agree to this use, please notify TagEm.

TIMING

Entry into this competition must be made prior to the event day, Sunday 1st November 2009.
